Master Plans
The Joint Planning Commission is currently working on the development of a Joint Master Plan for the Village and Township. Until that plan is completed, the following current plans for both entities are in effect:
Medical Marihuana
The Joint Planning Commission is reviewing medical marijuana laws passed by the State of Michigan to determine what will or won't be allowed in the Village and Township. The following documents have been provided for the JPC to consider as they discuss this issue.

Solar Farms
The Joint Planning Committee is considering the adoption of an ordinance that would regulate the addition of solar infrastructure on to parcels in each zoning district. The ordinance for each entity will be listed below as soon as it's ready.
